A NETWORK for European Lawyers specialized
in family law
In order to reach these goals an
online Network is created, on website
www.familylawineurope.eu.
All members of Family Law in
Europe Association belongs to it.
The introduction in the FLE NETWORK
has the following advantages:

• the registration, which
is valid for one year and can be renewed by paying the annual
fee, to the list published on the website of European Lawyers
specialized in family law, with their professional profile,
• possibility to exchange
information and solutions with other Colleagues specialized in
family law, of the Member States of the European Union,
• free access to the
database, available on website www.familylawineurope.eu,
concerning the legislation and jurisprudence of Europe and of
the Countries adhering to the European Union, on family law and
human rights,
• publication free of
charge, on the website, in the “Cases” Section, of summary
sheets of legal cases followed by the Lawyer registered to the
Network, after being evaluated by the website’s scientific
committee in terms of interest and quality of the contribution,
• introduction free of
charge in the newsletter and on the website, of news concerning
conventions and formative events that deal with themes
concerning family law, organized by the Lawyers registered to
the Network, and/or legal studies where they work,
• discounts on the
participation fee for formative events promoted by FLE
Association. |
The adhesion of a Lawyer to a Network does not involve any bond with the
other Colleagues adhering to the Network, since the Network does not
constitute any type of professional association, but only a visibility
channel and a tool of possible communication and exchange of information
and documentation among Colleagues.
The owner of the website is not
liable in any way for the quality of possible professional services that
may be rendered by a Lawyer adhering to the Network, requested by a
third party that found his/her name in the list published online.
The website’s owner and operator
agree to:
• publish online, the list of the members of the Family Lawyers European
Network - FLE Network, and the sheets that specify their skills and
professional activities;
• publication free of charge, on
the website, in the “Cases” Section, of summary sheets of legal cases
followed by the Lawyer registered to the Network, after being evaluated
by the website’s scientific committee in terms of interest and quality
of the contribution;
• introduction free of charge in
the newsletter and on the website, of news concerning conventions and
formative events that deal with themes concerning family law, organized
by the Lawyers registered to the Network, and/or legal studies where
they work.
Each member of the Network can
request at any moment, in writing, his/her removal.
Possible controversies between the
website's operator and each single member of the Network, in case of
violation of the provisions contained in this regulation, will be
devolved to the Court of Milan (Italy).
